Returns

Sid Dickens Inc. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email [email protected] to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. EXCEPTION: All tiles in the Sid Dickens Gallery are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What you will need:

  • Your original order number
  • Your original packing slip
  • The original packaging received at the time of shipment

Once your completed Returns Form is received, a member of our customer service team will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please retain all items from your order, including the tile(s), packaging, and shipping materials, until instructed otherwise. 

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns from the USA are also subject to Customs Brokerage Fees that are payable by the customer. Once your item is received at the studio, any refunds or store credits (less shipping costs, customs brokerage fees, and applicable restock fees) will be issued if the merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging. Should your order contain a free item (e.g., free water bottle) the value of the free item(s) returned will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount (e.g., $35.00 per water bottle).

Sid Dickens Inc. assumes no responsibility for any damage(s) that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post.

Restock Fees

A restock fee will be applicable for all returns:

  • Memory Blocks: $10.00 per tile
  • Sid Dickens Gallery design*: $15.00 per tile

*Sid Dickens Gallery designs are FINAL SALE. However, in the instance where an order including a Sid Dickens Gallery design is not deliverable and returned to us, a restock fee of $15.00 per tile will apply.

Damages or Shipping Errors

Damages or shipping errors must be reported within 14 days of the shipment’s arrival to guarantee replacement. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email [email protected] and we will assist you with a prompt claim.

  • Your original packing slip
  • The original packaging received at the time of shipment
  • A photo of any damaged item(s)

A member of our customer service team will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or store credit. Please retain all items from your order, including the tile(s), packaging, and shipping materials, until your claims process is completed.

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE PROCESSED WITH SID DICKENS INC.
