All orders are shipped via regular ground shipping, which takes roughly 2 to 14 days depending on the delivery address. If necessary, we can expedite your order to ship via 2 to 3 day air shipping for an additional cost. Please email info@siddickens.com for a quote request along with your order number. A customer service representative will be in touch with the exact cost of shipping for your approval.
As Memory Blocks are all handmade to order, there may be situations where we will be unable to accommodate a delivery in time for the date needed. If this is the case, you can try contacting a local retailer to see if they have the tile needed in stock. Please note, Sid Dickens Inc. no longer supplies retail stores as of May 2024. Some retailers may still have inventory from previous orders. Contact them directly for more information.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
How do I display my Memory Blocks?
Please be advised that Sid Dickens Memory Blocks, like any fine art, are best displayed in a climate controlled environment. Please ensure that your blocks are placed away from direct sunlight as exposure to either direct sunlight or moisture can cause the blocks to fade and/or discolour.
